The holiday cottage is on one level and accommodates up to 6 people.

The comfortable living room has a beautiful, unobstructed view over the waters of the Kraaijenbergse Lakes. There is free wireless broad band internet, cable TV, a DVD player and there is also a stereo present.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped:

• oven
• 4-burner stove
• microwave
• dishwasher
• refrigerator/ freezer
• Senseo coffee maker

The bathroom with bath and shower are adjacent to the hall, where there is also a separate toilet.
There are three bedrooms, two spacious bedrooms of each about 16 m2 and a smaller one of 10 m2, all three with 2 beds each. The room reserved for cupboards is satisfactory.

At the back of the house, a sun room offers an extra living space for another 17 m2. It is an ideal place for reading in the evening hours. There are plenty of books and games...there is no need to get bored.

Surrounding the house are several terraces. There is always a terrace with a bit of sunshine or shade. There is enough garden furniture. For people who know how to enjoy life, there is also a hammock, it can be hung under the big chestnut tree.

The house has a washing machine and a dryer. The house has central heating. One car can be parked in the carport. There is further parking space for more cars.
