Holiday cottage Rozenvlucht charges 2010

There are two different rate periods: High and Low
High: April 1st to November 1st and Christmas holidays
Low: all other periods

From Monday 15.00 hours to Friday 10.30 hours

All prices are in Euros for the holiday cottage and include unlimited use of Wifi broad band internet connection.

Additional charges:
Final cleaning (compulsory):  45 Euros
Electricity: 0.30 per Kwh
Gas: 0.63 per m3
Optional  Linen Package (bed, bath and kitchen): 7.50 Euros per Person

Deposit: 250 Euros

Terms of payment:
We request you to pay 35 % of the total rent within 7 days, after receiving our confirmation of your reservation. Your reservation is definite, after we received this payment. By 6 weeks before arrival, the remaining rent is due.

Cancellation rates:
If the reservation is cancelled up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival, the cancellation rates are 35 % of the rent, by cancellation afterwards 100 % of the rent. By booking the holiday cottage, you agree to these regulations.
